I have spent the majority of my design career working for small businesses, helping them define and strengthen their brand identity; including product photography, social media management, branded stationery, and forms. I began dabbling in design with my high school newspaper, doing layouts the hard way with just scissors, paper, tape, and a copy machine. I have spent more than 10 years sharpening my skills in an industry that has challenged me to keep evolving.
Additionally, my experience working with small businesses has kept me sharp, improved my ability
to multi-task, and diversified my skill-set because in the small business setting a team of a few often has to produce like a team of many.

I am a proud graduate of Jackson State University, where I earned a B.A. in English (so I have great proofreading and writing skills). I am also a graduate of Memphis College of Art, where I received
my B.F.A. in Design.
